We had the 10 attraction pass, we didn’t get round to visiting 10 attractions but even so we still saved money than if we had paid for the attractions separately. It was easy to use, no problems at all, would highly recommend.

It was nice to tour on the bus! The driver was kind! I liked that you could have tickets for the sights and the bus all in one pass!

It was a great experience with the exception of not being able to get in a special exhibit at Brooklyn museum. I had to pay extra. Good thing it was my birthday and I was able to get in.

Pleased with ease-of-use at each attraction we chose. Nice to have a single app for the entire trip. However... It is NOT a skip-the-line pass. I read that somewhere and it's misleading, in some cases not at all true. You still have to wait in line. Didn't figure out the $ savings, but did not save any time. Do not purchase if your goal is to shorten wait times.

Using this pass for New York City didn’t save much. It was only about $20 savings or so but not a dealbreaker because savings is savings. However using this pass was very convenient in terms of having one pass to enter many attractions instead of buying separately. I didn’t have any issues using this pass. It was accepted at all the locations I visited. Just a reminder that for some attractions, u cannot simply scan the pass and go right in. You’ll be guided from a worker to ticket counter to redeem. All in all, I was satisfied with the GoPass and recommend getting it.

Bought the 5-attraction pass. Activities, particularly some of the more interesting/less standard ones, were limited due to COVID. Some activities may be more worthwhile if you simply bought them individually rather than on the pass, whereas others are more worthwhile. The Empire State Building was classic and pretty decent (I was only expecting the view), but an informative prelude was included. The Escape Virtuality was a bit unsatisfying and was much shorter and limited than expected. The Big Bus tour had a few bad reviews on Tripadvisor, but turned out OK (not great and not bad). I would have picked another bus-type tour on offer, but they were unavailable. The sketching tour was limited in what was visited, but it was a fun way to actually do a tour (and I don't even draw) and it would be nice if it could be expanded to include other parts. The Shearwater sailing tour was fun and definitely worthwhile for the experience (and fortunately good weather), let alone the great views. Some of the tours/experiences on offer have totally ceased operations, whereas more are still operating but only offer private tours (and not on the NYC pass). Some tours are still participating, but with heavily limited access (and it might be easier to purchase discounted tickets directly). Either way, if you are looking for best value, you should do your homework on what attractions are available, how they are operating and whether they are offering discounts before deciding to get the NYC pass.

This is the worse , we just got to one attraction the rest of the 3 we couldn't use it because atracción were close , just got 60 days to reuse them we don't live in NY that's mean out money got to waste , call Viator they contact the operator and they said is nothing they can do more than 300 to waste
