For a full refund, for parties of 1-4, we require 24 hours notice prior to check-in time. For a full refund, for parties of 5-9, we require 72 hours notice prior to check-in. For a full refund on parties of 10 & up, we require (5) days notice prior to check-in time, including Private Charters. No shows are charged 100%, No refunds for non-disclosure of health concerns. All tours are conditions permitting with the Captain's discretion. Tours may reroute due to weather/ocean conditions for passenger safety. The Na Pali Coast & or Water sports are not a guarantee.

It was very fun! Be ready for rocky waters and beautiful sights! Beware of sea sickness but other than that a great time for all ages

Great time on the Lucky Lady! Friendly, knowledgable and personable staff- always making sure you had anything you needed! Awesome boat with tons of room to sit and have unobstructed views from the top deck or the main level. Several whale sightings as well as fish and birds throughout. Indescribable views of the coastline, beaches and the amazing Na Pali coastline- the perfect way to see it in all of its glory! And I bring with an amazing sunset that lit up the whole sky! The perfect way to spend my birthday with my daughter!

Great way to see the Na Pali Coast. Water was mostly calm. Captain Kaua’i and the crew Pua, Beth, and Matt were great! Food was great as well. Would definitely book again.

Amazing experience. So fun. Would definitely do again. Captain Kauai got us up close and personal to the coastline and we saw multiple whales to top it off.

It was a memorable and a great trip with the live commentary about Na Pali coast & islands nearby. We got to see the natural beauty of the Na Pali coast decked with mountains carved into cliffs like a folded ribbon in some places, waterfalls meeting the ocean and naturally formed caves over the years . Our eyes were mesmerized by the color of the ocean ranging from deep blue to turquoise. The captain and the crew were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We would love to visit again and will surely to recommend it to others. Mahalo:-)

Captain Kauai was an incredible navigator, as well as narrator, as he took us along the napali coast! The setting and waves were breathtaking, and the whole crew did an amazing job catering to everyone, especially those who did not feel as comfortable with the waves as we did. That being said, the ocean was incredibly calm for a winter day and we were so lucky to experience the coast as well as a beautiful sunset. Would do again in a heartbeat!

The most beautiful place on earth. The crew was excellent, skilled and friendly. We stopped to visit with the dolphins when we came across them in their travels. The food and drinks were very good as well.

This was the best boat tour we have ever taken. The staff was approachable and super friendly. You can tell they love their work. Though not promised, we did see dolphins, whales, and a turtle. The food was good, and they provide non alcoholic drinks as well as beer, wine and Mai tais. Though the weather was perfect, I think this trip would have been fun on a non-perfect day. The views are spectacular. Low expectations on the weather but high expectations on the staff and views will ensure an amazing day.

Amazing getting to see humpback whales, sea caves, awe inspiring views! Very enthusiastic and helpful crew (I was impressed how well they helped to make sure nobody fell on a rocking boat) amazing captain (very impressed with his close quarters boat handling). Narration was really interesting and not scripted. Waves and rain squalls and close up views added some adventure. Highly recommended!
