  While some of our team was a little nervous during the rappels, our guide was very calm and encouraging and made sure we all felt safe enough to drop into the canyons and dodge puddles and streams. We had amazing weather and the fall colors were spectacular - all in all, a perfect intro to the sport!

  I had an amazing adventure!! What a great day 😁 Highly recommend. I haven’t repelled in 30 years (prior kids and life). Chad was the perfect guide he guided me without being over overbearing. I also have a bum knee and was cognitive of that. Absolutely can’t wait go come back and have more fun! Highly recommend!

  We went on a half day canyoneering adventure with Evan and had an absolute BLAST! He made us feel very safe and comfortable before our first rappel. He has a very calm feel which helps you realize you’re in good hands and trust that you’re safe. We met at a central location before being dropped off at our starting point. We hiked about a mile to get to our rappels (one was 95ft and the other 115ft). There were two of us along with another group of two making for a group of 4 people. It was the perfect size. Small group allowed for more adventuring and less waiting around. Evan was incredibly knowledgeable during our hike, answering our tons of questions. We are hooked and can’t wait to continue exploring. We would absolutely recommend Clapper Adventures!! We’ll be back! Get out there and enjoy!!

  Evan is truly a wonderful guide. We have hired many guides over the years from whitewater rafting, offshore fishing, ziplining and adventure guides...he is top shelf! My wife, son and daughter enjoyed a wonderful canyoneering adventure with Evan and we will have those memories forever. When you put your family's safety in someone else's hands, you have to trust them. Evan put us at ease immediately and we had a blast1 Thanks Evan!

  Evan guided our family (two adults and two children) through two days of adventure and we all thoroughly LOVED the experience. He selected climbing and canyoneering adventures that were just right for our family and were just the right amount of challenge. We all learned through the experience, both about the elements of the adventure and about the lands we were in. We can't speak highly enough about Evan and Clapper Adventures!

  My family and I did a 5-day camping trip with Clapper Adventures in Moab, and it will be an adventure that I will remember forever. The owner, Evan, was easily able to assess our level of fitness and tailored the trip to our abilities. We went rock climbing, hiking, and canyoneering - Evan knows Moab so well that he was able to take us to the most beautiful locations that not as well known, so we always had them to ourselves and were never in a crowd of people. On a side note, I have a serious food allergy, and during the camping trip the food was tailored to meet my specific needs, without compromising on quality or taste.

  I can't recommend Clapper Adventures highly enough. The owner, Evan, is a fantastic, safe, fun and friendly guide who showed my family and I an incredible time. He sized us up perfectly, understood exactly what sort of a trip we were looking for, and facilitated it for us effortlessly. His good company and wide ranging intelligence were as integral a part of the experience as the magnificent hikes, climbs, repels and campfire meals. For anyone traveling through Moab - be you a mellow retiree, a young adventurer, or full family with various skills and comfort levels - Evan is the guy who will ensure you go home with memories for a lifetime.

  Evan took our family on a 1/2 day Canyoneering trip. My family can’t stop talking about how much fun they had and the lady repel. He showed us some amazing sights while keeping us safe the entire time. I highly recommend and will hire Evan the next time we are in Moab.

  I went on a full-day custom canyoneering trip with Clapper Adventures, and Evan was our guide. It is hard to put into words how great it was!!! We hiked, rappelled, scrambled, and explored a huge canyon. AND we saw not a single other person!! bahahahah!! I would call that a proper adventure. Evan was fun, professional, and brought ease to all the scary stuff!! I will be adventuring with this guy every time I come to Moab. Where you taking me next Evan!!
